INVITATION FOR TENDERS

- This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in TPJ Issue No ISSN: 1821 – 6021 VolX1 – No. 27 of Tuesday 03rd July 2018.
- The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the contract for the Supply of Various Promotional Materials, Exhibitions Banners and T-shirts at Dar esSalaam Campus.
- The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy now invites sealed tenders from eligible National Suppliers for the Supply of Various Promotional Materials, Exhibitions Banners and T-shirts at Dar es Salaam Campus.

4. Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
5. Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board Tanzania Institute of Accountancy, P.O.BOX 9522 Dar es Salaam Located at, New Administration Block Ground Floor Room No. 104, Kurasini at junction of Kilwa/Mandela Road, during office hours from 0800-1600 hours local time on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.
6. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tsh. 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Only). Payment should be madethrough control number that will be provided at the Institute.
7. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
8. All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Secretary of the Tender Board, Tanzania Institute of Accountancy P.O.BOX 9522 Dar es Salaam Located at, New Administration Block Ground Floor Room No.104, Kurasini at junction of Kilwa/Mandela Road, at or before 1400 hrs Local time on Thursday 11thApril, 2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at TIA Conference Room Located in Library Building.
9. Late Tendersportion of Tenders, electronic Tenders,Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tenderopening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
