PROVISION OF AUCTION SERVICES TO DISPOSE MSD UNSERVICEABLE FIXED ASSETS BY PUBLIC AUCTION
- The Medical Stores Department under the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children has set aside funds for the procurement of mentioned services below during the financial year 2018/2019.It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for provision of auction services to dispose MSD unserviceable fixed assets by public auction
- The Medical Stores Department Tender Board now invites sealed tender from eligible Bidders to provide services as per table below:

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering under Open Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2011, PPA amendment of 2016 and Public Procurement Regulations GN. No. 446, 2013 and its amendment of 2016.
4. The interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Document at the address given below from Tuesday 19th March 2019 at 8.00am to 3.30 Hours local time on (Mondays to Fridays except on weekends and public holidays).
5. A complete set of tendering document in English may be purchased by a bidder upon submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fees of TSHS 100,000.00/= or equivalent. Payment should either be by Bank, Banker’s Draft, Bankers cheque, or through bank transfer (Extra charges as bank transfer charges should be added in the fee) payable to the Director General, Medical Stores Department. Tender must be accompanied with a Bid securing declaration as per format provided in this tender document.

6. All Tenders in one original, one copy and soft copy properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be addressed to Secretary, MSD –Tender Board, Keko Mwanga, off Nyerere Road P. O. Box 9081, Dar es Salaam, and delivered to First Floor,Room No 216 at or before 10.00 am local time on Thursday 4th April 2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the MSD Board Room First Floor, HQ Dar es Salaam. The outer cover shall be clearly marked “Tender No. IE-009/2018/19/HQ/NC/53 FOR PROVISION OF AUCTION SERVICES TO DISPOSE MSD UNSERVICEABLE FIXED ASSETS BY PUBLIC AUCTION” NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 10:00Hrs on Thursday 4th April 2019.
7. Latetenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
