- This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which
appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 18/08/2023. - The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the PUBLIC SERVICE
SOCIAL SECURITY FUND during the financial year 2023/2024. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply and Installation of CCTV Cameras Ngano House – DSM . - The PUBLIC SERVICE SOCIAL SECURITY FUND now invites tenders from contractors
registered or capable of being registered in Contractor Class Six and Contractor Class Seven for construction of Supply and Installation of CCTV Cameras Ngano House – DSM . - Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410.
- A complete set of tendering document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST.
- Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay tender participation fees indicated in the NeST to able to participate in this tendering process.
- All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
- All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 10:30 AM hours local time on 18/04/2024. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.
- Tenders not received or opened through NeST shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
