- This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which
appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 22/09/2023. - The RUWASA – KILIMANJARO REGIONAL OFFICE has received a Loan from the RURAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION AGENCY (RUWASA) towards the cost of Rehabilitation Of Unduruma Intake And Gravity Main To Okaoni And Kibosho, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Unduruma Intake and Gravity Main to Okaoni and Kibosho.
- The RUWASA – KILIMANJARO REGIONAL OFFICE now invites tenders from contractors
registered or capable of being registered in Contractor Class Five for construction of
Rehabilitation of Unduruma Intake and Gravity Main to Okaoni and Kibosho. - Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Public Procurement Act,CAP 410.
- A complete set of tendering document(s) in ENGLISH may be accessed through NeST.
- Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay tender participation fees indicated in the NeST to able to participate in this tendering process.
- All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
- All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 2:00 PM hours local time on 20/10/2023. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.
- Tenders not received or opened through NeST shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
