PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR PROVISION
OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2024/2025
WASSHA Inc. is a Japanese company incorporated in 2013 to lease solar lanterns t people in offgrid areas. WASSHA Tanzania branch has zonal offices, which are located in Mwanza, Dodoma, and Mbeya. The headquarters are at Faykat Tower, 3rd floor, Block 41-Kinondoni, Plot: 236,237 & 238, Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, Dar es Salaam. WASSHA Inc. now invites scaled bids from eligible, competent, and qualified suppliers and service providers to apply for prequalification for the
provision of goods and services for the period 2024/2025 for the following categories. Please note, our payment term is within seven days after submission of invoice.
Category 1: Goods /Supplies
APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
A. Supplier Qualification Criteria
a. Must be a Registered Limited company,
b. Must provide all necessary documents.
i. Memorandum and Articles of Association
ii. Brela Consolidated Form
iii. Certificate of Registration.
iv. TIN Certificates and Tax clearance
v. Valid Business License.
vi. VAT Certificate (if applicable).
B. Eligible suppliers who meet all of the stated requirements are asked to:
a) Eligible suppliers should email their electronic application with all the required attachments
via email to WASSHA INC at [email protected] The deadline for the submission
of application is 1700hrs East Africa Time on 24th August, 2024
b) Applicants will not be required to pay fee.
c) Any communication with the company on the pre-qualification process must be through the
email address specified as above. Anyone contacts the company’s employee with any other
channel will be disqualified from the process.
