1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National eProcurement System of Tanzania (NeST).
2. The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the GOVERNMENT
   PROCUREMENT SERVICE AGENCY during the financial year 2023/2024. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS FOR THREE (3)
   YEARS.
3. The GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT SERVICE AGENCY now invites tenders from all eligible tenderers for PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK
   AGREEMENTS FOR THREE (3) YEARS. The GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT SERVICE AGENCY now invites tenders from all eligible tenderers for PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS FOR THREE (3) YEARS.
4. Tenderers are required to register on the National electronic Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) and pay tender participation fee as indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process.
5. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the form provided in the tendering document.
6. All tenders must be appropriately filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 22/04/2024 and 2:00 PM. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.
7. Tenders not received through NeST shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
8. The successful supplier with a Framework agreement will be issued a Call-off Contract through a process defined in the Framework Agreement. However, the conclusion of a Framework Agreement shall not impose any obligation on PE to procure goods under a Call-off Contract.
9. The Framework Agreements shall be concluded for a term of 1095. PE may invite new bidders anytime when the need arises.
