v. Repairs and Maintenance Services (Civil Works, Air Conditioning Systems, and
Firefighting Equipment)
vi. Provision of ICT Services (Consultancy, Design, Support, Development, ICT
Audit, Deployment)
vii. Provision of Travel and Transport Services (Air Travel, Accommodation, Car Hire,
Car Tracking, Fuel Monitoring)
viii. Provision of HR and Immigration Consulting Services (Permit and Visa
Processing)
ix. Provision of Branded Signage and Printing Services (Publishing, Printing, and
Signage Works)
x. Provision of Digital, Social Media, and Multimedia Services (Video Production,
Photography)
xi. Provision of Pest Control and Fumigation Services
xii. Provision of Insurance and Audit Services
xiii. Provision of Customs Clearance Services
xiv. Provision of Office Security Services
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must submit the following documents:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificate
ii. Current Tax Compliance Certificate
iii. Company Profile
iv. Relevant Experience and Client References
v. Any other certifications or licenses relevant to the service category
Tender Document Purchase
Tender documents are available at a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000/- (Tanzanian
Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only).
